What a session is like

• You meet your teacher online, on Zoom or Google Meet.

• Sessions are usually up to an hour, based on what works for you.

• Some students meet once a week. Some meet up to five times a week.

• Your teacher already knows the basics of what you're into, based on what you share in your paperwork.

You set the goals. We keep the pace that works for you.

Don't click with your teacher? Tell us. We'll match you with someone else.

What Success Looks Like

• We start wherever you are. Sometimes that means a making a résumé, and sometimes it means getting your sleep sorted out first.

  • One person who actually listens.

    Same teacher, steady progress.

  • Tools you’ll use tomorrow.

Scripts, templates, text reminders, simple trackers.

  • Bring who you are.

Ink, braids, hoodies, side hustles. All of you is welcome.

  • Respect and privacy.

No lectures and absolutely no pity.

• Are you 16 to 24?

• Living in New Jersey?

You don't need a perfect plan. You just need a place to start.

What Does "Out of School" Mean?

Out of high school. That's it.

You can be in college, a certification program, or a credentialing program and still qualify for many of these services.

And if you're 18, still in high school and graduating soon, this is probably your program.
