Open the Path is a program of Open the Lid, LLC. These Terms of Use represent a contract between you and Open the Lid, LLC, and your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by all terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Open the Lid, LLC. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may lead to denial of access to the Website as well as any other applicable legal remedy. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that the only proper jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with Open the Lid, LLC or any of the other Covered Entities, or in any way relating to your use of this Website or your relations with Open the Lid, LLC or the Covered Entities, is in the state and federal courts in the State of New York, U.S.A. You further agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts in connection with any dispute involving Open the Lid, LLC or the Covered Entities. Any claims arising from or related to your use of this Website or relating to your relationship with Open the Lid, LLC or the Covered Entities will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules.
